Gulgotha 2002

Sevendust 2008
The photos of Gulgotha were taken when I was about 19, around the time I was discovering the world of photography. And before photography school. The second set was taken within the last year. I have come a long way since then, or it feels like it at least. It has been a long and hard six years or so and I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who has ever stepped in front of my lens, let me turn the basement into a makeshift darkroom (Mom and Dad), critiqued a photo, let me borrow equipment, listened to me rant, given me advice, let me cry, gone to see my work hung in shows, let me submit photos to your online magazine (Type3media.com) and booked your wedding with Belle Amore Photography.
Thank you!!!
And to photography, I was 17 when I fell in love and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. :p

Really interesting post. I was just going through some of my old stuff and I was having some of the same feelings.
Chris, you are an awesome photographer, anyone who has you as their photographer is so lucky. Your work is outstanding and to see the progress that you have made within the last few years is amazing. Congrats! There will only be more comparisons from this years to 10 years from now, just think about those....wow.
